About the Role
We are looking for a versatile and proactive Tech Generalist (Freelancer) who can support a wide range of technology-driven tasks across software, AI, automation, research, troubleshooting, and digital operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new technologies, solving problems, and contributing across multiple domains.
You will collaborate with teams on diverse technical projects, assist in implementing solutions, and help improve workflows, systems, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support software development, automation, AI, and technical research projects.
- Analyze technical requirements and recommend practical solutions.
- Assist with troubleshooting applications, systems, and workflows.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.
- Work with APIs, databases, cloud tools, and automation platforms.
- Help optimize processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, designers, and project teams.
- Test systems, validate outputs, and ensure quality standards.
- Adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and project requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of technology concepts across software, AI, automation, or IT systems.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Ability to learn and work with different tools and platforms quickly.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, or automation tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI tools, data analysis, scripting, or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with web development, databases, or system integration.
