Hiring: IT Support Engineer / Technical Support Engineer

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or any related technical discipline.
- Certification in Computer Hardware & Networking will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot operating system issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, access rights, and system permissions.
- Install, update, and support business applications and software.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and system health checks.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues while ensuring minimal downtime.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and document support requests.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve advanced technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with data security, backup, and IT support best practices.
