Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations
Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests promptly
Troubleshoot network issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems
Document incidents, procedures, and resolutions accurately
Perform routine network health checks and preventive maintenance
Assist in maintaining network security and compliance
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix)
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
