The engineer applies modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to meet evolving business requirements, continuously improving and refining software to support organizational goals and user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align software development with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Customer Data Cloud.
• Configures and implements CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) solutions
• Focusing on registration, login, consent, and profile management.
• Develop using CDC REST APIs and SDKs to integrate with upstream/downstream systems, including middleware like SAP CPI.
• Implement Identity and Trust Hub protocols, managing user consent for privacy regulations (GDPR) and enabling social login functionalities.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration of software components and third-party systems.
