You will be a trusted advisor, enhancing both Accenture's and the client's strategies while bringing emerging ideas to life. Your role will also include mentoring team members and contributing to the overall success of delivery engagements, ensuring that high standards are maintained throughout the process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices. - Experience with data migration and transformation processes. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
