• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the adoption of innovative delivery methodologies to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to build collective expertise and capability.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology solutions with business objectives.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
