Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and core human resources processes within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet client requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
