Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and core human resources processes within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet client requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
