Project Role Description : Drive innovative practices into delivery, bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. Sought out as experts, enhance Accentures marketplace reputation. Bring emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. Use deep technical expertise, business acumen and fluid communication skills, work directly with a client in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes.

The position demands a proactive approach to bringing emerging ideas to fruition while collaborating across teams to ensure successful project outcomes and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of delivery objectives with client expectations.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and core HR processes within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing Employee Central modules to meet business requirements.
  • Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
