• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the adoption of innovative delivery practices to enhance project outcomes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay.
• Strong understanding of the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay modules.
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay.
