Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that improve delivery quality and efficiency.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and incorporating lessons learned.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Identity and Access Management.
• Strong knowledge of access control frameworks and identity governance processes.
• Experience in designing and implementing secure authentication and authorization solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with integration of identity management systems with enterprise applications.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to identity and access management.
