Summary

AI Powered Tech Talent

Design, configure, and deliver enterprise SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions by combining strong HR and workforce management domain expertise with AI assisted delivery and integration practices. The role focuses on accelerating implementation, improving time data accuracy and compliance, and embedding pre built AI and automation capabilities into time and attendance processes—without building or training AI models.

Core Responsibilities

Enterprise Time Management Delivery

Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions aligned with organizational policies, compliance needs, and workforce practices.

Translate business and HR requirements into scalable time profiles, work schedules, time recording, and absence configurations.

Support end to end lifecycle activities including enhancements, releases, testing, data validation, and production support.

AI Assisted Delivery & Productivity

Use AI copilots and GenAI tools to accelerate requirements analysis, configuration validation, documentation, test case creation, and defect resolution.

Apply AI assisted techniques to identify time data anomalies, compliance risks, and process inefficiencies.

Leverage pre built AI capabilities within SAP and adjacent platforms (e.g., intelligent checks, automation, insights) to improve time accuracy and operational efficiency.

Integration & Data Enablement

Integrate Time Management with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Payroll, and other enterprise systems using standard integration patterns.

Collaborate with HR, payroll, and analytics teams to ensure accurate, auditable, and compliant time data flows.

Understand AI concepts such as automation, intelligent validation, and recommendations at an applied level, without owning model design.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with HR, operations, payroll, and business stakeholders to align time solutions with workforce and compliance objectives.

Communicate complex time and system concepts clearly to non technical stakeholders.

Act as a bridge between functional HR teams and AI native specialists when advanced AI capabilities are required.

Quality, Governance & Adoption

Ensure adherence to enterprise SDLC, labor compliance, data privacy, security, and responsible AI guidelines.

Support change management, user training, and adoption for managers and employees.

Drive continuous improvement using feedback, metrics, and AI enabled accelerators.

Primary Skills (Must Have)

SAP SuccessFactors Time Management configuration and delivery expertise.

Strong understanding of time, attendance, absence, and workforce policies.

Experience using AI assisted tools or copilots for delivery, analysis, or documentation.

Ability to align time solutions with compliance, accuracy, and workforce efficiency outcomes.

Secondary / Good to Have Skills

Exposure to Employee Central, Payroll, or Learning integrations.

Experience with reporting, audits, or workforce analytics related to time data.

Familiarity with change management and global HR rollouts.

Working knowledge of automation or intelligent validations in HR operations.

What This Role Does Not Require

No training or fine tuning of AI/ML models.

No ownership of AI architectures or MLOps pipelines.

Focus remains on integration, adoption, and productivity uplift, not AI engineering.
