• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Recruiting Management.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience in system integration and data migration.
