Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Recruiting Management.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience in system integration and data migration.
- Ability to analyze and optimize business processes using technology.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
