Key Responsibilities – Data Migration

Prepare and execute EC migration templates as per load sequencing

Perform data validation and reconciliation with legacy systems

Execute mock loads and support cutover rehearsals

Identify and resolve data quality issues and load errors

Ensure on-time delivery of migration milestones

Technical Experience – Data Migration

Hands-on experience in Employee, Job, Compensation, Position & FO loads

Strong knowledge of effective dating, event reason mapping, and country data

Experience with Mass Uploads, Import Monitor, and Error Logs

Knowledge of Time Off, Timesheet, and Position Management data migration
