Project Role Description : Drive innovative practices into delivery, bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. Sought out as experts, enhance Accentures marketplace reputation. Bring emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. Use deep technical expertise, business acumen and fluid communication skills, work directly with a client in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes.

Summary:

Design, configure, and deliver enterprise People Analytics solutions on SAP SuccessFactors by combining strong functional expertise with AI assisted development and analytics workflows. The role focuses on accelerating insight generation, improving reporting quality, and embedding AI enabled capabilities (pre built analytics, copilots, and insights) into HR decision making—without building or training AI models.

Core Responsibilities

Enterprise Analytics Delivery

Design and implement People Analytics dashboards, stories, and reports using SAP SuccessFactors.

Translate HR and business questions into scalable analytical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and compliance across analytics artifacts.

AI Assisted Analytics & Productivity

Use AI copilots and GenAI tools to accelerate requirements analysis, data exploration, report design, documentation, and validation.

Apply AI assisted techniques to surface trends, anomalies, and insights from workforce data.

Integrate pre built AI/analytics capabilities available within SAP and adjacent platforms.

Integration & Data Foundations

Work with data from SAP SuccessFactors modules and enterprise sources to support end to end analytics.

Collaborate on data models, data quality checks, and integration patterns supporting People Analytics.

Understand AI concepts (e.g., automated insights, natural language queries) at an applied level, not model training depth.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with HR, business leaders, and delivery teams to align analytics outputs with business outcomes.

Communicate insights clearly to non technical stakeholders using data storytelling techniques.

Act as a bridge between HR domain experts, data teams, and AI native specialists.

Quality, Governance & Adoption

Follow enterprise SDLC, reporting standards, and responsible AI guidelines.

Support user adoption through enablement sessions, playbooks, and best practices.

Continuously improve analytics solutions using feedback and AI assisted optimization.

Primary Skills (Must Have)

SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics (Stories, dashboards, reporting concepts).

Strong understanding of HR data, metrics, and workforce analytics.

Experience using AI assisted tools or copilots for analytics, reporting, or documentation.

Ability to align analytics outcomes with business and HR decision making.

Secondary / Good to Have Skills

Exposure to other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central).

Experience with data analysis, visualization, or reporting best practices.

Familiarity with change management and stakeholder enablement.

Basic understanding of AI concepts such as automated insights and natural language analytics.

What This Role Does Not Require

No training of AI/ML models.

No ownership of deep ML architectures or MLOps pipelines.

Focus is on integration, adoption, and productivity uplift, not AI research.
