Position Overview

We are looking for a Tech Coordinator to support and streamline collaboration across engineering, product, AI, and business operations teams. The role combines technical understanding, process management, and communication skills to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely project delivery.
The ideal candidate will bridge technology and business operations while maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating reviews for data-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities across product, AI, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, PRDs, meeting notes, and review reports.
  • Track project milestones, metrics, and timelines; identify delays and propose corrective actions.
  • Assist in feature planning, testing, and rollout of AI and software applications.
  • Facilitate weekly and monthly review meetings; document outcomes and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with business operations to address escalations and requests, ensuring timely resolution through effective coordination with technical teams.

Requirements

Must-Haves
  • B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field (mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical coordination, product management, or tech operations.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-based applications and software development processes.
  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Zoho Projects, or Notion for task and process tracking.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
Preferred
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or manufacturing technology.
  • Experience in agile teams or fast-paced product environments.
  • Strong sense of ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
