Looking for a Business savvy Systems thinker proactively guiding our technology efforts to develop cutting-edge long-term IP assets such as multi-sided platform, suite of proprietary small language models, etc. to disrupt the management consulting industry:
1. Work with the founder to define, align and maintain company's core vision and long-term strategy, and hold each other accountable.
2. Identify and align on risks, share the inherent risks and rewards of building assets from early revenue stage onwards.
3. Collaborate in business plan drafts and execute technology strategy, setting short-, mid- and long-term goals that iterate based on markets and users feedback.
4. Be hands-on with technical inputs to de-risk our assets, internal processes and talent.
5. Oversee the day-to-day technical ops with strong problem-solving skills, and go above-and-beyond to navigate evolving challenges.
6. Foster a positive company culture, upholding intellectual curiosity, mutual transparency, self drive and collaboration in our mission towards our vision.
