Tech BA

Business Analyst – 

• 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program

delivery, or a related field

• Engineering degree with MBA will be an added advantage

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Visio, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction,

modelling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making

• Hands-on experience of advanced data visualization and presentation

• Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex

information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences

• Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse

data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives

• Strong presentation skills

  Experience obtaining requirements from business users and subject matter experts, reviewing business priorities, and/or analyzing options & risks.

• Ability to write and create detailed business and functional requirements

• Ability to lead a team of BA's to deliver functional solutions for business problems

• Experience creating functional system requirements specifications

• Pro-actively lead/participate in design/solution architecting of target state

• Ability to interface directly with Senior Business Stakeholders and operation users.

• Well versed with MS Excel, Jira, Mind Maps and SQL.

• Should be Detail-oriented, strong analytical and communication skills are a must.

• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information, and a curiosity to ask appropriate questions to fully develop business and functional requirements.

• Knowledge of software development life cycle

• Agile experience

• Understating of programing languages like Java, Python will be added advantage.
