We are seeking a full-time Tech and Non-Tech Recruiter to join our hybrid team in Surat, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for both technical and non-technical roles. Key tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, crafting effective recruitment strategies, leveraging talent acquisition tools, and building strong candidate pipelines. The Recruiter will also ensure a seamless candidate experience and support workforce planning initiatives.

• Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and general Recruiting best practices
• Proficiency in Hiring and candidate sourcing techniques
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Attention to detail and organizational skills in managing multiple roles simultaneously
• Experience in recruitment for tech and non-tech roles; familiarity with ATS systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
