Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and test plans for Teamcenter implementations, ensuring alignment with project requirements and business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, providing guidance on testing methodologies, best practices, and tools.
- Design and execute test cases, both manual and automated, to validate the functionality, performance, and security of Teamcenter solutions.
- Identify, analyze, and document software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure that solutions meet user expectations.
- Drive the adoption of test automation frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, providing regular updates to project stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans for complex software systems, including Teamcenter.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring test teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Expertise in designing and executing test cases, both manual and automated, using industry-standard testing tools and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve software defects effectively.
- Proficient in communicating technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, modules, and functionalities.
