Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Teamcenter Technical Consultant with hands-on experience (410 Years) in Siemens Teamcenter PLM. The role involves both implementation projects and ongoing production support, including customization, integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Teamcenter using BMIDE (data model, business objects, workflows, Access Manager).
- Develop server-side customizations using ITK (C/C++).
- Perform Rich Client (RAC Java) and Active Workspace customization.
- Develop integrations using SOA / REST APIs.
- Support ERP (SAP preferred) and CAD integrations (NX, SolidWorks, CATIA).
- Provide L2/L3 production support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Manage upgrades, patching, deployments, and performance optimization.
- Participate in testing, release management, and environment setup (2-tier/4-tier).
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
- Expertise in ITK, BMIDE, workflows, and Access Manager.
- Experience with Active Workspace and RAC customization.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter architecture (FMS, FSC, Pool Manager).
- Understanding of PLM processes: BOM Management, Change Management (ECR/ECO), Document Management.
- Good database knowledge (Oracle / SQL Server).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with T4S/T4EA or ERP integrations.
- Exposure to Teamcenter upgrades and multi-site environments.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace domains.
- Siemens Teamcenter certification (preferred).
