Teamcenter Solution Architect

Taglynk is looking for an experienced Teamcenter Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of robust Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions using Siemens Teamcenter.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical engineers to translate complex business requirements into scalable PLM architectures while driving industry best practices across onsite and offshore development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Lead end-to-end architecture design and technical implementation for Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions.
• Requirement Mapping: Gather requirements from functional teams and map business needs to technical architecture and system specifications.
• Development & Customization: Design, develop, and oversee server-side and client-side customizations (BMIDE, ITK, SOA, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• Technical Guidance: Provide leadership and mentorship to both onsite and offshore development teams.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot product/technology limitations, optimize system performance, and recommend effective workarounds or custom solutions for end users.
• Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, workflow automation, and productivity enhancements across PLM deployment.
• Best Practices: Ensure strict adherence to standard Teamcenter development, customization, and implementation best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 10+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in Teamcenter PLM design, development, administration, and implementation projects.
• Architecture Expertise: Strong knowledge of Teamcenter Unified Architecture and server-side customization.

• Customization: ITK (Integrated Toolkit), BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE), SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), Extensions
• Programming: C, C++, Java, JavaScript
• Administration: Teamcenter System Administration, Data Model Configuration, Workflow & Access Management
