Teamcenter PLM Business Analyst India (Remote)

Crescenza Consulting Group is looking for an experienced Teamcenter Business Analyst to join our PLM & Digital Transformation team.

• Lead business process discovery, requirements gathering, and stakeholder workshops
• Analyze engineering and product lifecycle processes and define future-state solutions
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams
• Advise clients on PLM best practices and Teamcenter solutions
• Support process harmonization, testing, UAT, and solution deployment
• Drive process improvements, user adoption, and continuous enhancement
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout their digital transformation journey

• 4+ years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter or other PLM platforms
• 2+ years of experience in engineering, product development, or manufacturing processes
• Strong understanding of PLM and engineering data management
• Experience in one or more areas such as:
• BOM Management, Change & Release, Requirements Management, Manufacturing Process Planning, CAD Integration, ERP Integration, Supplier Collaboration, or Teamcenter Data Model
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Excellent communication skills with global/North American clients
• Automotive OEM / Tier-1 experience is highly preferred
