Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Teamcenter using BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE) for UI, BMIDE attributes, and forms.
- Implement business features via ITK (Integration Toolkit) and custom SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) services.
- Build and enhance Rich and Thin Client interfaces in Teamcenter.
- Design and automate workflows to reflect business processes across different departments.
- Participate in requirement analysis, design technical solutions, and document them.
- Handle bug fixing, system troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Support deployments, upgrades, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsespecially PLM architects, QA, and business analysts.
Key Skills & Technical Tools:
- BMIDE: Developing data schema, attributes, UI modifications.
- ITK: Server-side custom service development in C/C++.
- SOA Services: Designing and implementing RESTful/SOAP services within Teamcenter.
- Client Customization: Rich Client and Thin Client experience.
- Workflows: Expert in configuring and scripting Teamcenter workflows.
- Additional Skills: Java, JavaScript, XML, familiarity with cron/XML for batch processes a plus.
- Knowledge Areas: Teamcenter architecture, 3D data, CAD integrations advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Teamcenter certification (BMIDE/ITK/SOA).
- Proven track record in complex PLM project implementations and upgrades.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
