Qualifications  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering

• Experience  •  7to 10 years of Experience in Maintenance • Solid Experience in Mechanical Maintenance of equipment • Experience in Refrigerators Equipment • Facility Management Experience is preferable • Ability to identify and analyze complex issues. • Business experience is an added advantage. • Excellent, proven organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities:- Participate in creating, developing and monitoring execution of preventive maintenance periodical programs for all assigned company assets. - Analyze breakdowns to understand its reasons behind and take what is necessary to be avoided in future - Monitor Maintenance and installation tasks done by external providers to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives - Follow-up Machines performance to ensure work efficiency and ensure usage utilization and optimization - Perform risk assessment and define needed spare parts needed to reduce downtimes for equipment - Inspect (periodically) company assets of equipment to ensure readiness as needed to prevent downtime - Plan and assign and monitor Maintenance tasks for his team and over the shifts - Ensure Maintenance team is aligned with HSE Standards and policies during maintenance and installation works to ensure employees safety. - Follow-up spare parts stock to ensure availability of needed stock and order new ones as required and as per his budget. - Find Engineering solution for Emergency issues as long as operations requirements - Review and develop all necessary reports to be submitted for concerned managers. - Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.
