Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Supervisor, based in Jaipur with flexibility for partial remote work. The Team Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily team operations, setting performance goals, organizing workflows, and ensuring operational standards are met. This role entails providing guidance and support to team members, solving challenges, monitoring progress, and preparing reports to assess team performance against established objectives.
