Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Team Members located in Delhi, India. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including preparing food items to meet quality standards, assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also support your teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold Burgerwala®s values and commitment to excellence. Flexibility to perform various roles in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Qualifications
- Basic cooking and food preparation skills with an understanding of maintaining high food quality standards
- Strong interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive teamwork
- Attention to cleanliness and hygiene to ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with time management and multitasking skills
- Adaptability, a good attitude, and a willingness to learn and take on various responsibilities
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus but not mandatory
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations is an advantage
