Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Member - Wellness Reception, located in Dehradun. Responsibilities include ensuring warm and welcoming guest interactions at the wellness reception, managing guest bookings and inquiries, maintaining a smooth flow of wellness operations, and delivering exceptional guest service. The role involves coordinating with wellness practitioners and other departments, handling administrative tasks, and addressing guest needs to enhance the overall experience.

Qualifications

• BHM background required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in handling booking systems and reception operations
• Organizational and administrative skills to manage schedules and guest inquiries
• Familiarity with wellness services, or hospitality industry practices is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in hospitality or wellness roles is beneficial
