Job Purpose: The Team member - Chairman & Promoter's Office plays an integral role in providing executional support to the Chairman's Office team. This role involves collecting and analyzing data, tracking action points, supporting proposal evaluations (including NFA), and facilitating review meetings. The Team Member will assist in all execution-related tasks, ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives, and maintaining data accuracy.
Responsibilities
Team member - Chairman & Promoter's Office
Data Collection And Analysis
Collect and organize data from various business units, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
Analyze the data to provide insights and support decision-making at the Chairman's Office.
Ensure that all collected data aligns with corporate objectives and is ready for review meetings or strategic evaluations.
Review Meeting And Cadence Call Support
Assist in preparing for and supporting review meetings by ensuring all necessary data and materials are ready.
Participate in cadence calls to track progress, identify key issues, and monitor action points.
Ensure that follow-ups are properly managed and that action items from meetings are completed on time.
NFA Approval And Changes To Business
Support the team in reviewing proposals and NFA (Note for Approval) documents, highlighting necessary changes or updates before they are presented to the Lead or Chairman.
Ensure the timely submission of NFA approvals and document changes to the business units, keeping all stakeholders informed.
Action Point Tracking
Track and monitor action points from meetings, cadence calls, and strategic discussions, ensuring that all tasks are completed by the assigned deadlines.
Regularly update the Lead Chairman's Office on progress and escalate issues where necessary to ensure swift resolution.
External Analysis And Market Intelligence
Conduct external market research and competitive analysis to provide the Chairman's Office with critical market intelligence.
Stay up to date with industry trends and provide insights that could influence corporate strategies.
Regularly update the team on market developments, competitive activities, and relevant external factors.
Support To The Lead Chairman's Office
Provide general support to the Lead Chairman's Office in all operational aspects, including data gathering, reporting, and strategic initiative execution.
Assist in preparing and organizing materials for presentations, reviews, and reports for the Chairman's Office and other stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with corporate priorities and assist with the timely execution of the team's responsibilities.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
MBA in General Management from a premier B-School.
Work Experience (Range Of Years)
2-3 Years
Preferred Industry
Experience in an execution-focused role, preferably within a corporate or strategy-driven environment, with a strong focus on data analysis and operational support.
