JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Position - Team Member - SAP, GRIR Analytics & Reporting
Qualification - GraduateMBA
Desired Experience - 5-8 Yrs
Skills - Well versed with SAP S4HANA, Power BI etc
Major Deliverables -
.Leading ERP, process and system implementation initiatives from SCM
. Collecting and analyzing Supply chain Data, Prepare Monthly, Quarterly reports and Dashboards for management review.
. Release Open PO & Inventory Ageing report & reports etc as per defined timelines.
. Analyze Master Data and identify areas of improvement.
. Follow up with all stakeholders for action items related to improvements.
. GRC management and GRC approvals from SCM end as role owner.
. Purchasing Group and HSN mapping with approvals
. Support SCM function in raising Business Requests related to system changes
. Create and maintain SOPs & Process documents.
.Coordinate and ensure preparation and readiness for ISMS,BCMS, Legal, statutory, and other process, system audits. . Send mass communication emails to Suppliers, Convert PR to PO, PO Editing.
. Handling ad-hoc requirement related to reporting, communication etc.
