Job Description
Monitor and ensure that Net Saleable Yield targets are achieved
Monitor & ensure that Process downtime & Number of processes are achieved
Ensure that product quality is achieved through in-process monitoring, work in close co-ordination with Production & Quality function
Propose Capital projects on process capability & new products, execute the approved project
Reduction of Variable Cost with specific raw material usage reduction
New Product Development – Support and lead relevant projects, as well as represent the plant in all NPD activities and team meetings.
Develop, promote and ensure people involvement to achieve
Safety Objective TF1 (Lost Time Accident) = TF2 (Non-Lost Time Accident) =Zero
Lead FI (Focused Improvement or Kobe's Kaizen pillar, for continuous reduction of losses in Yield, minor stops, raw material usages & process consistency
To provide detailed problem analysis for engineering solutions to process problems in conjunction with production and engineering teams.
To participate in the calculation of costs and opportunities of improvement to support plant initiatives of investment.
