Purpose of the Role
Support the Organizational Effectiveness agenda for the business through execution and coordination of employee engagement, culture, wellness, and feedback initiatives. The role will work closely with the OE Lead to drive implementation, tracking, and reporting of key Organizational Effectiveness interventions aligned to business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of Organizational Effectiveness initiatives and programs aimed at strengthening employee engagement, culture, and overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and implement employee engagement activities and initiatives in collaboration with HR teams and business stakeholders.
  • Support rollout and administration of employee listening interventions including the VIBES Employee Engagement Survey and other feedback mechanisms across the business.
  • Consolidate and analyze employee feedback data, identify key themes and insights, and support preparation of reports and action trackers.
  • Assist in execution of Diversity & Inclusion and employee wellness initiatives in partnership with HR stakeholders.
  • Support implementation and tracking of culture-building and employee experience initiatives across regions and functions.
  • Prepare and maintain Organizational Effectiveness dashboards, reports, trackers, and MIS to monitor progress and effectiveness of OE interventions.
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners and functional teams for seamless execution of OE programs and governance activities.
  • Support communication and documentation related to engagement, wellness, culture, and OE initiatives.
  • Assist the OE Lead in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring timely closure of action plans arising from employee feedback and engagement interventions.
