Manage end-to-end logistics operations including warehouse, dispatch, and distribution to ensure high service levels, cost efficiency, compliance, and seamless coordination across functions.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Planning
- Plan and schedule optimal transportation modes (road, air, ocean, expedited) balancing cost and service.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations across distribution channels.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods with high customer service levels.
- Drive inventory management, stock accuracy, and variance resolution.
- vendor bill processing.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Act as key liaison with internal teams, customers, and external logistics partners.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
- Resolve service issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Strategy & Continuous Improvement
- Design and implement logistics solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Lead initiatives to improve dispatch performance, vendor evaluation, and IT systems.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and shipment-specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate ERP/SAP data, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Support WCM initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Production for packaging readiness.
- Work with Customer Service for dispatch planning and execution.
- Ensure safe warehouse operations and team training in coordination with Safety.

Qualifications
- Any Graduate (Engineering preferred)
- Diploma/Master's in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field preferred
