- Lead MEP design strategy, planning, and execution for HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and allied systems. Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, NFPA, NBC, IS standards, and L&T quality norms. Guide and mentor MEP teams, review deliverables, and provide technical direction.
- To co-ordinate with team members for day-to-day activities at site and complete the Identification of underground and overhead utility.
- To co-ordinate with client for necessary routing plan and obtain necessary approval.
- To co-ordinate with external departmental teams (Sewar, Water supply, Electric Boards, Telecommunications etc) for finalizing the routing plan and obtain necessary approvals and execute the diversion work with all safety and quality.
- To arrange and mobilize vendors for utility related work.
- To document and record all the work for commercial claims
- To co-ordinate with site execution team for intimation of existing utilities.
- To co-ordinate with site execution team for early detection of utility.
- To co-ordinate and interact with client for contractual and technical matters.
- Pre-plan and mobilise necessary vendors for all diversion activities.
B.E.Mech Engg / B.Tech Mech Engg Minimum 5-9Yrs of experience Exeperience in MEP design and leadership for substations, power plants, or infrastructure projects.
