Key Responsibilities:
Market Borrowing
- Worked closely with the front office to manage market borrowings and enhance market access for both short-term and long-term liabilities.
- Initiated and managed credit assessments for ABCL, secured enhanced CP and NCD credit limits from marquee institutional investors, addressed investor queries within timelines, and prepared comprehensive pre-meeting notes for senior management.
- Coordinated credit committee processes, followed up with lenders, negotiated terms, and managed documentation for corporate bond issuances, ensuring alignment with funding strategy and timelines.
- Analyzed competitors financials and mutual fund exposures to identify and onboard prospective investors, strengthening ABCL's investor base.
- Managed end-to-end allotment and listing of market borrowings across Commercial Papers (CPs), Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), and Inter-Corporate Borrowings (ICBs).
External Commercial Borrowings (ECB) and Hedging
- Assisted senior members in execution, documentation, and hedging of ECB loans.
- Achieved pricing optimization through Bloomberg analytics and market benchmarking.
- Performed pricing analysis, monitored ABCL's OIS portfolio, and tracked macroeconomic trends using Bloomberg Analytics.
Covenant Monitoring and Management Reporting
- To prepare ALCO and Board presentations highlighting fixed-income market developments, borrowing cost trends, and liquidity position.
- Compiled and analyzed monthly beneficiary positions, quarterly security cover statements, and RBI regulatory returns.
- Implemented process automation initiatives, reducing manual dependencies and improving reporting efficiency
