Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute installation activities at customer sites.
  • Coordinate with SG assured processors and processing plants to ensure timely supplies.
  • Support and collaborate with authorized service partners for smooth execution.
  • Conduct site measurements, preinstallation surveys, and postinstallation services including CAPA.
  • Perform postinstallation audits, prepare checklists, and validate sites.
  • Manage project validation, issue completion certificates, and collect customer testimonials.
  • Provide technical inputs and assist in planning, scheduling, and installer management.
  • Inspect site progress at various stages to ensure readiness and quality.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Installation Management

  • % of schedule adherence vs actuals
  • Number of sites visited per day for measurements
  • Number of errorfree installations

Authorized Service Partners (ASP) Management

  • Manhours spent on training ASP installers
  • Number of ASPs onboarded within assigned territory
  • % of errorfree installations by ASP partners

Site Validation & Customer Testimonial

  • % of errorfree measurements
  • Number of sites validated post installation with checklist
  • Number of customer testimonials collected

Installations Handled (Productwise)

  • Railings
  • Shower Enclosures
  • Windows
  • Wardrobes

General Context

  • Provide technical inputs for installation services.
  • Assist in execution, planning, scheduling, site surveys, and measurements.
  • Conduct inspections at various stages of site progress.

Activities & End Purpose

  • Deliver delightful customer experiences through seamless installations.
  • Ensure errorfree measurements and installation quality.
  • Improve service levels by setting benchmarks in installation.
  • Appoint and train service partners and their installers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Willingness to undertake intensive travel to customer sites.
  • Ability to collaborate with civil teams for site readiness.
  • Strong communication skills to engage and closeloop with customers.
