Key Responsibilities:

Job Purpose

The Information Security - Project Management (herein PMO), Aditya Birla Capital NBFC has the following key responsibilities:

1. Act as the operational backbone of the Group CISO's office, ensuring disciplined governance and execution across security workstreams.
2. Drive end-to-end follow-through on commitments, actions, and decisions across Security, IT, Procurement, Finance, and Business teams.
3. Establish a single source of truth for plans, trackers, approvals, exceptions, renewals, and commercial movements.
4. Work with the Group CISO to focus on strategy by providing structured pre-reads, summaries, and decision-ready inputs.
5. Ensure timely closure of risks, audit findings, and remediation actions through proactive tracking and escalation.
6. Consolidate MIS and performance metrics across security functions and translate them into executive-ready dashboards.
7. Support vendor engagement and procurement lifecycle management to keep critical security capabilities running without disruption.
8. Strengthen communication, documentation quality, and consistency in Group CISO office outputs and governance forums.
