Close loop with process owners. Conduct root-cause analysis for service related complaints and suggest improvements. |
| KRA3 | Ensure SLA adherence | Enhance productivity and accuracy by effective use of resources & faster response time. Ensure productivity feedback is shared. Ensure priority cases are handled within TAT. |
