Global Quality - Team Member
Role Definition
Support the Global Quality team in managing Global Quality and Business Process Management tasks including implementation of improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Good communication skills with fluency in English
- Good understanding of Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, List, etc.
- Ability to create PowerPoint presentations
- Aptitude for learning new tools, software (e.g. BPM tool, AI tools, Audit database, etc.)
- Awareness of ISO standards (ISO 9001) would be considered positively
- Operational responsibilities
- Support the team and organization in implementing Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Support the team and organization in updating / maintaining IMS (includes update in Business Processes as per the request of process owners)
- Support the team and organization in preparation, update and quality check of IMS documentation
- Participate / drive improvement initiatives within the organization / team
- Develop good understanding of organization's IMS and assist employees in interpretation/understanding of IMS as needed
- Support in IMS Internal Audits as well as managing Audit database, support in closure of audit findings related to Business Process Management and IMS
- Coordinate with other functions within the organization as needed to maintain/implement IMS
- Support organization and team in awareness programs such as Global Quality Week and other relevant training programs
- Support in managing some of the repetitive however detail-oriented tasks with large databases while maintaining quality of deliverables
- Contribute in other tasks of Global Quality as and when needed. Strive to work independently for IMS documentation.
Education
Graduate with 5+ years experience in EPC environment
