Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Payment Processing
Execute and validate international wire transfers, cross border remittances, and foreign currency payments.
Review payment instructions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Ensure timely processing of transactions within SLA and cut off times.
2. Reconciliation & Issue Resolution
Reconcile daily payment entries and investigate discrepancies.
Coordinate with banks, clients, and internal teams to resolve failed or delayed payments.
Maintain detailed documentation for audit and quality purposes.
3. Customer & Stakeholder Support
Provide email/voice/chat support to international clients regarding payment status.
Communicate professionally with banks and financial institutions worldwide.
Handle inquiries related to currency conversions, charges, and payment timelines.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly payment reports.
Maintain logs of processed transactions and exception cases.
Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills
Knowledge of international payment systems (SWIFT, CHIPS, SEPA, Fedwire).
Basic understanding of foreign exchange (FX) and cross border banking operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems like ERP SAP.

Soft Skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
High attention to detail with error free processing.
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
Problem solving and analytical abilities.

Educational Qualifications
Experience : 1 to 3 years

Bachelor s degree or Master degree in Commerce & Finance.
