Job Description

  • Looking for experience in operating the MEE ATFD and ETP systems in shifts accordance with work procedures.
  • Daily quality monitoring of input and output is required. Corrective action for quality improvement should be started, and abnormalities should be reported to the shift supervisor.
  • Have knowledge of the work procedure's requirements for the pre-treatment of both process and non-process effluents.
  • Alerting the shift in-charge of any problems and any consequent operational issues or repairs required.
  • Follow up with the maintenance staff to make sure that pending job orders have been carried out.
  • should be knowledgeable in work permit procedures and take every safety measure required.
  • Must have to be familiar about MEE and ATFD CIP methods and vigilant about any corrosion or pitting.
  • Making use of high pressure jet cleaners, perform leaning of the plant according to the schedule.
  • Responsible with identifying hazardous conduct and conditions during shift-based operations and reporting any concerns to the owner of the safety zone.
  • Fill out the log sheet hourly. Report any abnormalities to the shift supervisor.
  • ਎xecute advance cleaning using high pressure jet cleaners as per schedule.
  • Strainers of pumps has to be cleaned periodically for smooth pumping.
  • Daily updating of all forms related to work procedures and maintaining good documentation practices.
  • Operation of MEE Cooling tower.
  • Addition of antifoaming agents in cooling tower as and when necessary.
  • To follow up with Hazardous waste bagging and shifting manpower to bag and stack the salts.
  • Responsible for storage of salts separately in dedicated storage sheds.
  • Active participation in training programs conducted by TTC and within the department.
  • Active participation in monthly safety committee meeting with in the zone.
  • Responsible for identification of unsafe acts and unsafe condition during shift wise operations and escalating the identified issues to Safety zone owner.
  • Optimum utilization of contract work force.
  • Write log sheet on hourly basis. Report to shift in charge in case of abnormality.
  • Periodical de sludging of product storage tanks.
  • Ensure proper storage of salts.
  • Adherence to the Organization's policies.

Educational qualification: B.Tech. B,Sc ,M.Sc

Minimum work experience: 5 to 10 years

Skills & attributes:

Technical Skills
. Strong understanding of Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) principles, technologies, and best practices.
. Proficiency in data analysis and performance evaluation techniques to assess ZLD system efficiency and effectiveness.
. Familiarity with wastewater treatment processes, including evaporation, reverse osmosis, crystallization, and filtration.
. Knowledge of environmental monitoring systems,
