Job purpose:

• Ensuring ERP is stable and adopted across all businesses. Ensure business continuity
• Managing IT team reporting into this role in terms of skill incubation and career management.
• Leveraging the data and analytics to generate insights and recommendations for the business and the customers.
• Managing the change and resistance from the internal and external stakeholders and creating a positive and supportive environment for the digital transformation.
• Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the digital domain and exploring new possibilities and opportunities for the business and the customers.
• Building and leading a high-performing and cross-functional team of digital experts and enthusiasts.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:

1.Ensuring high-quality solutions delivered by the team within timelines and budgets. Ensure Adoption of solution. Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle O2C and OTM modules to ensure they meet business needs.

• Identify the high-priority areas for Sales, Marketing & distribution functions (including Plants & Corporate) to fully digitize these functions/operations.
• Develop a detailed roadmap that outlines the steps required to achieve the desired digital transformation goals
• Liaise with established partners to explore opportunities pertaining to the digital domain.

2.Analyze and document business processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide solutions using Oracle O2C and OTM

• Lead or support the implementation and support of Oracle OTM.
• Understand business logistics and transportation needs and map them to OTM functionalities.
• Configure and test transportation planning, execution, freight payment, and fleet management.
• Define and implement routing guides, carriers, rate records, and service providers.
• Integrate OTM with Oracle EBS/Cloud or third-party systems.
• Provide training and documentation to end users and super users.

3.Identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in the technology stack, managing relationships with vendors and partners.

• Integrating cutting-edge technologies and data analytics to optimize manufacturing processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Facilitation & adoption of Advance Analytics tools for AI/ML

4.Achieve People development and engagement in the plant.

• Training & involvement of people in Digital projects and coaching them in Digital technologies.
• Organize workshops for Business and manufacturing units to scale up on Data Democratization.
• Self-learning through online study, partner interaction, attending seminars, and engagement in relevant forums/seminars.
