• Experience in compliance testing/sustenance testing to assess adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Monitored and ensured closure of audit observations and repeat findings
• Supported RBI inspections, regulatory audits, and internal audits
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks and strengthen control environment
• Chartered Accountant /MBA with 2-3 years of experience in Banking / NBFC / Risk Advisory
• Semi Qualified CA with 4-5 years of experience in Banking / NBFC / Risk Advisory
• Experience in Banking Industry/CA Firm
• Proficient in Excel, data analysis, and report preparation
