Team Member - Sales: City Gas Distribution Business – Gurgaon
We are looking for a dynamic and self- driven Sales /Business Development professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in promoting gas metering solutions, including prepaid gas meters, across the City Gas Distribution (CGD) sector and related utilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development efforts for gas metering and prepaid metering solutions across CGD clients.
- Engage with customers to gather insights into their technical and operational challenges related to metering and revenue management.
- Prepare and present tailored technical and commercial proposals that highlight long-term cost efficiency and service reliability.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within CGD companies and affiliated sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Application Engineering & Service Design) to align solutions with customer expectations and ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct regular client meetings and field visits to identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
Key Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management within the CGDs or energy metering industry.
- In-depth knowledge of CGD operations and gas metering technologies, with a focus on prepaid metering systems.
