Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our on-site team full-time at our Burger King location in Bhubaneswar. As a Team Member, you will ensure an excellent guest experience by preparing food items, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly, prompt service. Responsibilities include taking orders, assembling customer meals, adhering to food safety standards, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

• Customer service skills, including the ability to interact positively with guests and handle inquiries effectively.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to work efficiently with team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic food preparation and safety knowledge, with a focus on maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication and listening skills to understand guest needs and exceed their expectations.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic schedule, including weekends and holidays, with the ability to remain reliable and punctual.
• Previous restaurant or quick-service experience is beneficial but not required—training will be provided.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering a high-quality dining experience.
