Job Description

  • Develop & drive the consistent implementation of assessment and selection frameworks, and ensure alignment with related HR processes.
  • Align the recruiting team with both global & local strategies & priorities.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team by recruiting, developing & managing skilled recruiters to ensure efficient & effective delivery of recruitment outcomes.
  • Source & attract top talent through diverse channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals and professional networks.
  • Lead effective workforce planning by identifying current & future hiring needs and building strong talent pipelines to support business growth.
  • Ensure a positive & engaging candidate experience throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, from first contact through offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with global talent acquisition leaders to understand business requirements, share market insights, and support TA partners across regions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand local & country-specific needs, providing expert guidance on recruitment strategies and candidate selection.
  • Address & resolve resourcing-related issues, including process integration and the use of data analytics.
  • Ensure all reporting activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Track, measure & analyze key recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Set clear team objectives, monitor performance and provide regular coaching & feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive & high-engagement team culture.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of regular & ad-hoc reports for business partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness & integrity of all reports, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Develop & maintain reporting tools and dashboards that support business and decision-making needs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency & accuracy through process improvements and automation.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, tools & technologies, and apply relevant innovations to the function.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Present complex data and insights in a clear, concise & actionable manner to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant for this role should have:

  • Minimum work experience of 5+ years, along with a min exp of two years leading a team
  • Expertise in Data Analytics and Global Recruitment
  • Strong proficiency in reporting tools and ATS
  • Strong analytical skills
