We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Team Manager to lead our Social Media team. The ideal candidate should have at least 8-13 years of experience in social media management and a proven track record of managing and mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage a team of social media specialists and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their targets
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms and provide recommendations to improve our social media presence
  • Ensure that the team is meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work on time
  • Report on team performance and provide regular updates to senior management

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-13 years of experience in social media management
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
