Role: Cyber Incident Team - MHA - I4C - Unit Manager (M6)
The Unit Manager is responsible for:
- End-to-end monitoring and actioning of NCRP/CFCFRMS complaints within prescribed timelines.
- Immediate fund protection measures including account lien marking and hold actions on beneficiary accounts.
- Coordination with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs), Cyber Police, I4C authorities and internal stakeholders for action and information sharing.
- Management of account freeze/defreeze requests, customer grievances and fraud-related disputes.
- Governance oversight, regulatory compliance, audit readiness and management reporting.
- Leading the cyber incident response team and driving adherence to internal and regulatory service standards.
- Any other job assigned time to time
The role routinely requires:
- Decision-making on time-sensitive account lien marking and fund protection actions.
- Direct engagement with senior officials from Law Enforcement Agencies, Cyber Police, I4C and regulatory stakeholders.
- Assessment and resolution of complex account freeze/defreeze cases involving legal, operational and reputational considerations.
- Oversight of high-value and sensitive cyber fraud incidents with potential financial and customer impact.
- Management of regulatory reviews, audit observations, governance forums and senior management reporting.
- Leadership of a specialized cyber fraud operations team responsible for maintaining critical service levels and regulatory compliance.
