The opportunity:

Leada diverse group ofSales & Tenderingresources supporting differentproduction& operating units of GIS& AISproductsand HUB's. Drive standardisation, best practice sharing and knowledge development for the team members to support all stakeholders.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Collaborate closely with the respectiveunits /counterparts, define and align on goals for each individual - lead the Performance development discussions.

  • Coach the team members and support their developmentto achieve business and their career goals.

  • Regular connect withcounterparts and responsible formonitoring &maintaining the Key KPI'sofINOPCforrespective units.

  • Proactively plan and hire the resources as required byunitsand also lead the efforts for onboarding and training till new resource is operational.

  • Key focus on behavioural competence of the team membersandfurther development.

  • Leverage best practice learnings from other teams and support inhorizontaldevelopement oflearnings in other teams after alignment withunits.

  • Responsible for financials, related to services provided to variousUnits. (Offer submission, PO follow up, invoice submission and payment collections)

  • Aligning withunitsand managing the billing for the resources in the team on time and accurately.

  • Managing and supporting in all administrative needs for the team members (Leaves, IS, Office, HR infrastructure etc).

  • Active Participation in continuous improvement activities and QMS.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • Graduate inEngineeringElectricalengineeringgets Preferencewith MinimumExperience of12years.

  • HV Products & Transformers depth technical knowledge.

  • Must have5 years ofpriorexperienceunder Sales & tenderingin execution ofGIS, Other HV products orSubstation projects.

  • Minimum 2 years of prior experience in working as Team Lead or Team manager and directly managingteam &external stakeholders is expected.

  • Should possess strong leadership skills and ability toalign / agree and challenge decisions withstakeholders in the interest of thebusiness and collaboration.

  • Excellent communications skills and strongAbility todrive discussions to enable best collaboration with LPG.
