  • Transition & Problem Property Management:
    • Oversee onboarding of new properties and resolve issues in problem accounts.
    • Ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Contractual Compliance & Governance:
    • Maintain adherence to contractual obligations and internal control frameworks.
    • Govern quality and timeliness of deliverables across the portfolio.
  • Complex Query Resolution:
    • Act as escalation point for high-level client queries and disputes.
    • Provide expert guidance on accounting and compliance matters.
  • Budgeting Leadership:
    • Drive budgeting processes and provide strategic financial insights.
    • Lead BvA analysis and forecasting for critical properties.
  • Mentoring & Coaching:
    • Coach and develop AMAs and MAs for performance excellence.
    • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Audit Readiness & Controls:
Ensure robust controls and documentation for internal and external audits.
