Team Manager – Mechanical

Manage onsite Design and Product Engineering teams, including Mechanical/Electrical Design Engineers and Product Engineers.

Oversee a team of 40+ engineers, providing technical and non-technical guidance.

Develop and lead skill-building and enhancement activities; create and deliver training material.

Review monthly reports, timesheets, leave management, and provide data for financial activities.

Gather periodic customer feedback on onsite engineers and take corrective actions as needed.

Promote employee engagement and maintain proactive connections (formal and informal).

Support recruitment for Design and Product Engineering functions, including JD understanding, profile screening, technical interviews/tests, and candidate preparation.

Coordinate pre-interview training, technical interviews, and deployment of onsite employees to clients.
